In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the car buying process, and meeting sales targets to drive dealership success. Your expertise and enthusiasm will help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate sales terms and handle paperwork efficiently to close deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to learn and effectively present technical vehicle information.
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
