You'll need to be self motivated, organized, and resourceful.
Experience not required: Successful current employees include a Realtor, Nanny, Customer Service Rep and Military Veteran. They never worked in automotive sales before-- we trained them to consistently sell 15 to 25 units per month.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their needs to guide in the selection and buying process
- Test drive vehicles with customer to demonstrate industry leading features
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No sales experience required!
- A friendly and energetic attitude with a focus on customer service
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure and stress
- A positive and outgoing personality
- Possess a valid drivers license and be in good standing
