McGrath Acura of Downtown Chicago is looking for motivated, outgoing Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right vehicle for their needs
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Prospect for new customers and sales opportunities
• Explain vehicle features, options, technology, and benefits
• Develop strong product knowledge across our selection of import and luxury vehicles
• Create engaging, trust-based customer relationships through professional and transparent communication
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire purchase journey
• Follow up with customers and help ensure a positive ownership experience
• Participate in continued training and professional development to strengthen your automotive and sales knowledge
• Utilize dealership management software and CRM tools to manage customer relationships and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience preferred
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and energetic personality
• Goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Desire to learn, improve, and grow professionally
• Ability to learn and use dealership management software and CRM programs
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma
• Fluency in a second language is a plus
