Automotive Sales Consultant

INFINITI of Cincinnati is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, consultative buying experience
• Learn each customer’s needs, preferences, and budget to help them find the right vehicle
• Build lasting relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
• Present and demonstrate INFINITI vehicles, technology, features, and benefits
• Conduct vehicle test drives and answer product questions
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and promotions
• Work closely with sales management and other dealership departments to provide an excellent customer experience
• Meet individual and dealership sales goals

• Comfortable building relationships and working with a wide range of customers
• Competitive mindset and desire to achieve sales goals
• Ability to confidently handle customer questions and objections
• Basic computer and math skills
• Willingness to learn INFINITI products, technology, and sales processes
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
