We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our growing sales teams across all locations. Whether you’re new to automotive sales or an experienced consultant, you’ll thrive in our supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a professional and friendly manner.

• Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process transparently and confidently.

• Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.

• Work with management and F&I to ensure a seamless sales experience.

• Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business.

• Stay current on manufacturer programs, inventory, and incentives.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package starting with a weekly base salary of $400, supplemented by commission and monthly performance bonuses. This structure is designed to reward dedication, skill, and outstanding sales achievements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior automotive or retail sales experience preferred, but not required — we train the right people!
