What You'll Do

  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information
  • Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
  • Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
  • Represent Rydell of Independence professionally and positively at all times

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, banking, call centers, business development, or related fields
  • Experience working in a performance-based or commission environment
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $120,000+ Annual Earning Potential
  • Guaranteed Pay of $3,000 per Month for the First 3 Months
  • Competitive Commission-Based Compensation Plan
