Automotive Sales Consultant

Hilbish Ford is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who can build trust, create meaningful connections, and make every customer interaction a positive one. In this role, you'll guide shoppers through their options, share product knowledge, and help simplify the buying process from start to finish. Success here isn't about high-pressure sales tactics. It's about listening, understanding, and delivering an experience that customers remember for all the right reasons. You'll work alongside a team of approachable professionals who support one another, celebrate wins together, and take pride in serving their community.

 Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:   

• Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
• Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills
• Other duties assigned  

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:   

• Experience as a Salesman or in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings
