Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Relationship Management: Engage with high-net-worth clients to identify their unique needs, delivering tailored luxury automotive solutions.

  • Product Expertise: Conduct premium vehicle presentations, deep-dive feature demonstrations, and customized test drives. Maintain flawless, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle line-ups, cutting-edge technology, and manufacturer financial incentives.

  • Pipeline Management: Execute rigorous, professional follow-ups to maintain a seamless sales lifecycle, actively cultivating repeat and referral business.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our Finance (F&I) and Service teams to ensure a flawless, white-glove client delivery.

  • Detail Accuracy: Ensure all CRM data logging, compliance, and sales documentation are executed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership retail sales experience (Luxury import experience is highly advantageous).

  • Track Record: Documented history of meeting or exceeding volume and gross profit targets.

  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and sophisticated communication skills.

  • Mindset: A strong relationship-builder who prioritizes long-term client retention over short-term transactions.

  • Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record, and reliable transportation. Flexibility to work standard luxury retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
