Who We're Looking For:

Healey Brothers Cadillac is looking for an energetic, motivated, and people-first professional to join our high-performing Sales Team. Your primary role will be building lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect vehicle. Prior sales experience is a plus — especially in automotive — but if you’re hungry to learn and driven to succeed, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle selection process

• Build rapport and lasting customer relationships

• Stay current on vehicle features and financing options

• Lead test drives and explain product benefits

• Follow up with leads, online inquiries, and past customers

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ year of sales experience preferred (automotive a plus!)

• Strong communication and people skills – you love connecting with others

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills

• Tech-savvy (comfortable with email, internet, CRM tools)

• Valid U.S. driver’s license

• Bilingual a plus!

• Available to work Saturdays and some evenings
