Rotating sales schedule

As our team continues to grow, our goal is to transition to five-day workweeks

Planned schedule includes every fourth Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off, providing a three-day weekend every four weeks

What You'll Do

• Assist guests in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain product knowledge of Lexus and pre-owned inventory
• Deliver a first-class guest experience throughout the sales process
• Guide customers through every step of the purchase and ownership experience
