We are looking to add top quality individuals to our Sales Team to handle our rapid increase in traffic. We want premium, educated, and professional applicants looking for a long-term career and advancement in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the dealership’s internet sales process
• Maintain extensive knowledge of products and current inventory
• Efficiently convert internet inquiries into appointments and sales
• Effectively follow up with internet traffic, short and long term
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction to organizational standards
• Constantly monitor metrics of leads, appointments, and sales
• Provide an overall positive experience for every guest of our dealership

Requirements

• College Degree preferred but not required
• Must work well in a team environment
• Efficiently operate a computer
• Proper use of grammar and vocabulary a must
• Must be punctual
• Professional appearance
• Must pass hair follicle drug test
• Valid Texas driver’s license
