Who We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of previous dealership new car sales experience is required, Honda experience preferred
- A team player who is focused on providing top-notch customer service
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced work environment
- Courteous and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
What You'll Do:
Your job as a Sales Consultant is to Earn Customers for Life - you'll guide customers through every step of the buying process, help them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle, and become the advisor they trust time and time again.
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM
- Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $80,000 to $125,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual payable gross and bonuses based on individual units sold and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
