Job Description

We are looking for a full‑time, dependable, highly motivated and friendly individual to join our Sales team. The mission of the Sales Consultant is to maximize vehicle sales and profit while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties include:

Demonstrates favorable public and employee contacts
Works harmoniously with co‑workers and supervisor
Shows a professional approach toward customers, co‑workers and the public
Dresses appropriately to maintain a professional image
Demonstrates adherence to company procedures
Comes to work on time and is dependable
Follows sales policies and the employee handbook
Is self‑disciplined and works without constant supervision
Maintains a positive attitude about the job
Maintains a high level of product knowledge and participates in training
Maintains knowledge of competitive models and features
Sets monthly goals and plans how to reach them
Uses CRM to log customer contact information
Proactively seeks new customers through prospecting and referrals
Shows concern for customer needs throughout the sales process
Uses closing techniques effectively and seeks management support when needed
Follows all dealership processes to ensure excellent customer ratings

New Social Media & Digital Engagement Expectation:

Leverages social media platforms to build personal brand awareness
Creates engaging content such as short videos, walk‑arounds, or product highlights
Interacts with online leads and responds professionally to digital inquiries
Uses social channels to expand reach, generate interest, and attract new customers

The successful Sales Consultant qualifications include:

Previous sales experience; automotive preferred
Professional appearance and customer‑oriented attitude
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; well‑organized and self‑motivated
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or comparable preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort appearing on camera is a plus
