Internal Business Title: Mobility Specialist
Location: Rowlett, TX.
Pay Range: Base hourly rate, with variable compensation plan.
Would you like to be a vital part of a dynamic team that is committed to providing the highest quality mobility equipment and products, wheelchair vans and services in the country? During your training period (up to 6 months), you'll earn guaranteed compensation up to $39,520. After training, you'll move to an hourly + commission and bonus structure where high performers can exceed their initial earnings. We also offer paid time off, matching 401(k), medical, dental and vision benefits, and a Monday through Friday schedule
We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to help individuals and families find mobility vehicles and adaptive solutions that improve independence and quality of life.
This isn't traditional dealership sales. Success in this role is about building trust, understanding customer needs, and guiding individuals and families through important mobility decisions. You'll combine automotive expertise, problem-solving, and customer advocacy to help people regain independence and improve their quality of life.
What You'll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects
Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building
Consult with customers to understand their mobility needs
Educate customers on wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment
Guide customers through financing and the purchase process
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
3+ years of sales experience in automotive, medical, business development, equipment, or other consultative sales environments
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up
Ability to manage a longer, consultative sales cycle
Self-motivated with a passion for helping people
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
You enjoy both creating opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships. Our most successful consultants are proactive prospectors who aren't afraid to ask for the sale, while also having the patience and discipline to guide customers through a consultative buying process that can take days, weeks, or even months.
