Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs
- Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features
- Develop sales strategies and close deals
- Manage customer database
- Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions
- Keep abreast of new products and services
- Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program
Requirements
- Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of customer service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
