We are currently looking for 3–4 motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team each week. If you’re energetic, confident, customer-focused, and motivated by performance, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:

• Weekly salary.
• Commission based on individual performance.
• Opportunity to increase earnings through strong sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Present vehicle features, options, pricing, and financing opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Previous sales or customer-service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Training may be available for the right candidates.
