We are seeking dynamic and motivated Automotive Sales Professionals to join our team at HYUNDAI of FT SMITH. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing our extensive vehicle inventory, and closing high-end sales with confidence. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and passion for building lasting customer relationships will be key to thriving in this fast-paced environment. We have a very aggressive pay plan and a BRAND NEW state-of-the-art facility!

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate and present vehicle features confidently, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs
  • Negotiate deals effectively to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Upsell additional products, services, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue
  • Develop strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, bilingual support (if applicable), and superior customer service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage inventory control, ensure accurate retail math calculations, and support marketing initiatives aimed at boosting vehicle sales
  • Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations when needed to promote dealership offerings or community events
  • Maintain organized records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory updates using CRM systems supported by technical staff
  • Uphold professional phone etiquette and communication skills during outbound calls and in-person meetings

Experience

  • Proven experience in automotive industry sales or retail sales is preferred but, WE WILL TRAIN!
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer relationships is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with retail math proficiency for accurate transaction processing
  • Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
