Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales & Finance Manager to join our Acura team. This hybrid role is ideal for an experienced automotive professional who excels in both vehicle sales and finance operations. The successful candidate will guide customers through the entire purchase process—from vehicle selection and product presentation to financing and delivery—while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
- Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, and lead management.
- Negotiate vehicle purchases professionally while maintaining dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall dealership objectives.
- Follow up with customers before and after delivery to ensure a positive ownership experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Acura products, competitive vehicles, and dealership inventory.
Finance & Insurance Responsibilities
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, and vehicle protection options to customers.
- Secure financing approvals through a network of lenders and financial institutions.
- Structure and close vehicle finance and lease transactions.
- Prepare, process, and submit all required finance documentation accurately and timely.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, manufacturer, and lender regulations.
- Monitor deal profitability, product penetration, and funding status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
- Resolve customer financing questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
General Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused buying experience.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, service, accounting, and management teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and deal records in dealership management systems.
- Assist in training and mentoring sales staff regarding finance products and sales best practices.
- Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Consistently support a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience required; finance and insurance experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in vehicle sales and customer relationship development.
- Working knowledge of automotive financing, leasing programs, lender guidelines, and F&I products.
- Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and close deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with dealership management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required.
