As an Automotive Finance Manager, you'll help customers secure financing, protect their vehicle investment with valuable products, and deliver an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Finance & Product Sales:
- Present financing options and protection products to customers.
- Help customers make informed decisions with a transparent finance menu.
- Secure lender approvals and process finance transactions.
- Achieve finance and product sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company requirements.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and memorable buying experience.
- Build long-term customer loyalty.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
Dealer & Team Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
- Train Sales Consultants on finance and insurance processes.
- Support dealership operations and leadership as needed.
- Assist in managing the sales department when the Store Manager is unavailable.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 3+ years of automotive finance or automotive sales experience.
- Proven success selling finance and insurance products.
- Strong history of product penetration, customer satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Computer and internet proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
- Professional appearance and follow-through.
Education & Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
