The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with customers and sales associates to help finalize deals, overcome objections, and maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales consultants in closing vehicle sales.
- Work with customers to present payment options and financing solutions.
- Negotiate and structure deals to maximize gross profit.
- Help achieve dealership sales goals and CSI targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused sales environment.
- Follow all dealership policies and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
- Automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
