Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget

Present product features, benefits, and options in a clear and helpful way

Guide customers through the sales process from first conversation to final delivery

Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with past and current customers

Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support a smooth buying experience

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Stay current on inventory, promotions, and vehicle knowledge

Provide a positive dealership experience that makes customers want to return and refer others


Requirements

Previous automotive sales experience preferred

Strong communication and active listening skills

Ability to build trust with customers quickly

Comfort using CRM tools and basic computer systems

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Availability to work in a dealership setting in Grand Blanc, Michigan

Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach

Knowledge of vehicles, financing, and dealership processes is a plus
