Welcome customers and create a positive, professional buying experience
Learn about customers’ needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
Present vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with customers through phone, text, and email
Work closely with our sales and management teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Stay up to date on Kia products, incentives, and industry trends
Consistently work toward and achieve individual and dealership sales goals
