What You’ll Do:

• Own the sales floor — drive daily activity, enforce process, and maintain a highâ€'energy environment 
• Recruit, train, and sharpen a competitive sales team that hits numbers consistently 
• Set and exceed aggressive monthly sales targets across new and preâ€'owned inventory 
• Maximize gross profit through disciplined deal structure and strong desking skills 
• Monitor KPIs and hold your team accountable for followâ€'up, appointments, and closing ratios 
• Partner with BDC, Finance, and Service to ensure seamless customer experience and repeat business 
• Lead from the front — motivate, coach, and push your team to outperform the competition

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven automotive sales management experience (minimum 2 years preferred) 
• Highâ€'energy, highâ€'urgency leadership style 
• Expert desking ability and strong understanding of inventory, incentives, and deal structure 
• Ability to push a team to peak performance without losing culture 
• Strong digital retailing knowledge — lead management, CRM discipline, online sales funnels 
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills 
• A competitive mindset — you want to win, and you expect your team to win with you
