As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Automotive Sales Manager who can help lead our team, develop talent, and drive dealership performance to the next level.


What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team
  • Driving vehicle sales, gross profit, and overall dealership performance
  • Monitoring sales activities and implementing strategies to maximize results
  • Recruiting, training, and developing sales professionals
  • Creating accountability through coaching, performance management, and leadership
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Working closely with dealership leadership to achieve business objectives
  • Supporting F&I processes and dealership profitability initiatives
  • Analyzing sales performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Building a positive, competitive, and results-driven team culture

Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time leadership position.

  • Full-time schedule
  • Weekend availability required based on dealership operations
  • Leadership presence on the sales floor and active involvement with the team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has automotive sales management experience
  • Has a proven track record of driving sales performance and profitability
  • Excels at coaching, developing, and motivating sales professionals
  • Possesses strong leadership and communication skills
  • Creates accountability while maintaining a positive team culture
  • Delivers exceptional customer experiences
  • Understands dealership operations and performance metrics
  • Is results-driven, organized, and highly accountable
  • Maintains professionalism and integrity in all interactions
  • Holds a high school diploma or GED

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience
  • Experience managing dealership sales operations
  • Strong understanding of dealership financial performance metrics
  • 5+ years of automotive sales leadership experience
