    Location: CMA's CDJR of Lynchburg Sales Manager Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and enhance the customer buying experience. As a Sales Manager at CMA , you will: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide coaching to improve team performance. Foster a customer-focused sales culture, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Collaborate with the finance and service departments to streamline the sales process. Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns. Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
