Sponsler Automotive is seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to join our leadership team in Mount Vernon, Ohio. This role works directly with the General Manager and plays a critical part in driving sales performance, managing inventory strategy, and leading by example on the sales floor.
The General Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing vehicle/product inventory, optimizing inventory turnover, and driving sales performance through strategic pricing, merchandising, and team collaboration. This role partners closely with sales, purchasing, and leadership to ensure the right inventory is available at the right time to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a strong record of sales success, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage inventory in a way that maximizes profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
