We're hunting a high-impact Automotive Sales Manager with both new and used experience to drive volume, gross, and CSI. Domestic franchise background (Ford/Chevy/Dodge/Chrysler, etc.) required; GM/Chevrolet experience strongly preferred. If you can recruit, coach, desk, and close while keeping the team aligned and the pipeline full, step in.
What You'll DoOwn monthly/annual targets for units, gross, and key expenses; manage inventory mix and pricing for turn & profit
Recruit, train, and coach sales teams; daily one-on-ones and tight CRM accountability from lead to delivery
Desk deals, structure finance presentations with the F&I team, lift PVR and product penetration
Drive digital lead performance (BDC/Internet), follow-up systems, and showroom process to maximize close rate
Partner with Used Car Manager on appraisals/market moves and with Marketing on campaigns that convert
Report clean, daily: traffic, appointments, sold/close %, aged inventory, and forecast
3 5+ years sales leadership in a domestic franchise; Chevy/GM experience preferred
Proven record hitting volume/gross while protecting CSI
Expert with desking software and CRMs (e.g., VinSolutions/DealerSocket/elead)
Strong talent builder: hire fast, coach hard, hold standards
Valid driver's license and professional presence
