What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and coach a high-performing sales team
- Drive New and Used Vehicle sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor future top performers
- Desk deals and support Sales Consultants throughout the sales process
- Analyze performance metrics and implement winning strategies
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and aging units
- Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership success
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that creates lifelong relationships
What You Bring
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience required
- Proven success leading dealership sales teams
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Passion for developing people and building winning cultures
- Track record of increasing sales volume and profitability
- Professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
