Mark Mitsubishi, part of the Mark Auto Group, is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Sales Director to join our leadership team in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We’re looking for a hands-on automotive leader who knows how to run a high-performing sales floor, desk deals, develop salespeople, maximize gross and keep the team focused on one thing: RESULTS.

COMPENSATION

$120,000–$300,000+ Annual Earning Potential DOE

Compensation is based on experience and performance. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who is ready to produce at a high level and be compensated accordingly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, motivate and hold the sales team accountable
• Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability
• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales
• Train, coach and develop Sales Consultants
• Monitor leads, appointments, show rates and closing ratios
• Ensure consistent CRM follow-up and accountability
• Work closely with Internet/BDC and Finance departments
• Monitor inventory, aging and merchandising
• Maintain strong front-end and back-end gross
• Recruit and develop top sales talent
• Track daily, weekly and monthly performance
• Maintain an exceptional customer experience
• Help drive the dealership toward monthly and annual sales goals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Automotive dealership management experience is REQUIRED.

• A proven Automotive Sales Manager, GSM or Sales Director
• Strong at desking and closing deals
• Highly competitive and performance-driven
• Experienced leading and developing a sales team
• Comfortable working with CRM and dealership technology
• Strong with numbers, forecasting and sales KPIs
• Excellent at holding a team accountable
• Customer-focused and professional
• Organized, energetic and ready to lead from the front
