The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, with at least 2–3 years of verifiable success and strong professional references. We value stability and seek candidates with consistent career histories and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
This role requires a motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of automotive retail, strong business acumen, and the ability to take full accountability for sales performance. Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills are essential.
