What You’ll Do

• Drive Results: Lead customers through a seamless, high-energy sales experience from initial contact to final delivery.

• Master the Product: Build deep expertise across our massive Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM lineup to deliver dynamic vehicle presentations and test drives.

• Own Your Pipeline: Utilize modern CRM tools and inventory reports to prospect, cultivate leads, and turn first-time buyers into lifelong clients.

• Execute & Conquer: Partner with sales leadership to build strategic action plans, hit monthly volume targets, and maximize your earning potential.

• Deliver Excellence: Consistently deliver top-tier customer satisfaction (CSI) that reflects our brand's reputation.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience (automotive experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate!).

• Tech-savvy mindset with familiarity or ability to adapt to CRM platforms.

• Relentless work ethic, strong communication skills, and a competitive drive to succeed.

• Professional appearance, valid driver’s license, and a customer-first attitude.
