Voice Chevrolet is looking for one motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team.

AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED.

EARNING POTENTIAL: $48,000 $180,000 ANNUALLY, based on sales performance and the dealership's commission/pay plan.

Voice Chevrolet has previously advertised this position at $40,000 $150,000 annually on commission, including training for the right person. The $48,000 $180,000 recruiting range represents 20% above that advertised benchmark.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations
• Demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Conduct test drives
• Follow up with showroom and internet customers
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Maintain consistent prospect follow-up
• Learn Chevrolet products and inventory
• Work closely with sales management
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive and self-motivated attitude
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong follow-up ability
• Comfortable communicating in person, by phone, email and text
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
