You need
Retail Sales or Customer-Facing Sales Experience is Required, (automotive experience is a plus!)
Professional Appearance
Positive & Friendly Attitude
Interpersonal Communication Skills
Basic Computer Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have a Valid Drivers License
