Our Chapman Bell Rd. Mazda team in Phoenix is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Professional to join our dealership. In this role, you will create an exceptional vehicle buying experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused support throughout the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships and helping customers find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and needs.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet, live chat, and phone inquires to generate sales appointments
  • Maintain and track customer interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system
  • Build relationships with customers by understanding their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives highlighting key features and technology
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, product offerings, and available packages
  • Assist customers with completing sales and financing paperwork
  • Deliver sold vehicles and assist customers with setting up vehicle features and technology
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and dealership technology
  • Ability to understand customer concerns and respond thoughtfully and professionally
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
