WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you will guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase process while creating a professional and personalized buying experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to Internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Contact customers promptly and professionally
• Build rapport and identify customer needs and preferences
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Conduct vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives
• Explain vehicle features, technology, pricing, financing, and lease options
• Follow up consistently through phone calls, text messages, and email
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM
• Prospect for new business
• Generate repeat and referral business
• Follow up with unsold customers and previous opportunities
• Stay current on inventory, product features, technology, incentives, and promotions
• Coordinate with management and finance throughout the sales process
• Deliver a premium customer experience from initial contact through delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Proven automotive dealership sales experience
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Internet lead and CRM experience
• Strong prospecting and follow-up skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proven closing skills
• Ability to set appointments and manage a sales pipeline
• Excellent customer relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual skills are a plus
