As an Automotive Sales Professional, you'll guide customers through the vehicleâ€'buying journey-from discovery and test drives to presentation and closing-while delivering a professional, transparent, and memorable experience.

Whether you bring prior automotive sales experience or strong sales instincts from another industry, we provide the training, support, and structure needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (automotive experience is a plus, not required)
  • Strong motivation to succeed in a commissionâ€'driven, performanceâ€'based environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a highâ€'energy, customerâ€'focused approach
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance
  • Selfâ€'motivated, proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license for the state of employment and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), and drug screening

In addition to competitive compensation, we offer

  • Performanceâ€'based commission structure with uncapped earning potential

  • Estimated takeâ€'home commission range: $60,000-$100,000+ annually, based on individual performance
