At Sponsler Donley Ford of Shelby, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth. In this position, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our wide range of vehicles, and guide them through the purchase process with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with customers, identifying their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present vehicle features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and closing sales.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and dealership policies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership sales targets.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new product developments.
