Responsibilities

  • Build strong customer relationships and create customers for life
  • Guide customers through a professional and transparent sales process
  • Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles
  • Maintain follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Work closely with finance and management teams to maximize customer experience
  • Maintain a professional, competitive, and team-oriented attitude

 

 

Qualifications

  • Automotive sales experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience required
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
