Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to Navarre Honda and create a friendly, helpful first impression
- Listen to each customers needs and guide them toward the right vehicle options
- Present Honda models clearly, highlighting features, benefits, and differences between trims
- Support customers through the sales process from initial contact to final delivery
- Follow up with buyers and prospects to answer questions and keep the conversation moving
- Work with the sales team to maintain a smooth, organized showroom experience
- Learn current inventory, promotions, and financing options so you can speak with confidence
- Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Complete accurate sales paperwork and maintain records in dealership systems
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers in person, by phone, and by email
- Ability to learn vehicle features, trims, pricing, and financing basics quickly
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM or dealership software
- Availability to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in helping customers
- Knowledge of Honda vehicles or dealership sales processes is a plus
