Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Job Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing process by helping them find the perfect Subaru to meet their lifestyle and needs
• Negotiate and close sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
• Stay knowledgeable about Subaru products, features, financing options, and market trends
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer information, and follow-ups
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy, family-oriented environment that values teamwork and customer focus

Schedule: Full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM

Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant Compensation & Benefits

• There is a MONTHLY GUARANTEE of $3,000 - $6,000 per month for the first 3 months, depending on prior car sales experience.

The Pay Plan is commission-based with bonuses based per unit - there is no limit on how much money you can make!
