  • Master the Showroom Experience: Actively engage with prospective car buyers on the lot and in the showroom, conducting thorough needs analyses to perfectly match them with their ideal vehicle.
  • Become a Product Expert: Deliver compelling, expert-level presentations on our expansive Chevrolet, Cadillac, and Hyundai inventory along with Pre-Owned and Certified vehicles, highlighting the latest automotive technology, safety features, and performance benefits.
  • Deliver Thrilling Test Drives: Lead professional, informative, and exciting vehicle test drives that allow customers to truly experience the quality and capability of their next vehicle.
  • Navigate Auto Financing with Ease: Seamlessly guide customers through the car-buying process by explaining personalized auto financing and car lease options, ensuring a transparent and stress-free purchasing journey.
  • Close Deals Ethically & Effectively: Skillfully negotiate and close automotive sales with a strict commitment to integrity, fairness, and a win-win outcome for both the dealership and the buyer.
