Automotive Sales Representative

Marlow Ford is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find the vehicle that best fits their needs.

Whether you have previous automotive sales experience or a strong background in customer service and sales, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current customers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and in-person communication.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Ford products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Ensure a professional and positive dealership experience for every customer.
• Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help others.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

Pay

$40,000 - $100,000+ per year

Compensation is based on performance and includes commission and bonus opportunities.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Saturday
• Day and evening shifts available
• Sundays and one weekday scheduled off
