About the Role: Richmond Mitsubishi - South is looking for a driven and personable Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing team in Richmond, VA! Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot, guiding them through the vehicle selection process
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers to ensure a seamless buying experience
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Mitsubishi vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values with customers
Follow up with leads and prospective buyers via phone, email, and in-person to drive sales conversions
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and customer satisfaction (CSI) targets
Collaborate with finance and sales management teams to close deals efficiently
Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
Previous automotive sales or retail sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and competitive spirit
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills a plus
