Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival at the dealership.
• Understand customer needs through attentive listening and thoughtful questioning.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits effectively.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to finalize sales.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role.
• Strong understanding of automotive products and features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
