Position Overview

As an Automotive Sales Professional, you’ll focus on building relationships and creating customers for life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully
• Become a product expert on vehicles, packages, and the latest technology
• Deliver professional, high-quality vehicle demonstrations
• Respond to internet leads using personalized video, email, and text
• Follow up with customers to generate referrals and repeat business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Work closely with Sales Managers on goals, performance, and development

Position Expectations

• Self-motivated with a proven work ethic
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve daily and monthly goals
• Availability to work a few evenings and Saturdays (we’re closed Sundays)
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
