Huntington Mazda: Vehicle Exchange Sales Consultant

Huntington Mazda is a newly built dealership representing an exciting, driver‑focused brand with a loyal customer base. Growth potential is backed by our expanding new and used inventory, giving you strong opportunities to drive volume and build long‑term success. In this role, you will make a strong first impression as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for service customers, helping them explore finance and lease options for their current vehicles

           This is a salary/commission position with a Monday through Saturday schedule from 8am to 4pm.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Build strong rapport with service customers in the drive, introducing upgrade and lease opportunities that align with their needs. 
• Guide customers through their vehicle options to create a positive, seamless buying experience that supports long‑term relationships. 
• Use your auto sales experience to overcome objections, communicate with confidence, and thrive in a consultative environment. 
• Connect with customers by phone, text, or email to schedule appointments and discuss upgrade or purchase opportunities. 
• Make consistent outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to generate appointments and close sales. 
• Conduct test drives that highlight key features and benefits of each model. 
• Maintain current, in‑depth knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models to serve as a trusted product expert. 
• Follow up after each visit to ensure customers receive exceptional service and address any concerns with professionalism and care.

• Flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays 
• Solid computer and multitasking skills, including Microsoft Office 
• Maintains a clean, organized, detail‑focused workspace 
• Stable work history showing growth and reliability 
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus
