Job Summary
This teammate is responsible for establishing and maintaining great customer relations and accurately completing automotive services. The great part of this position is that it provides a smooth transition for entry level automotive technicians who also enjoy the customer service and sales portion of the business.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited too:- Explaining services and pricing in order to achieve high customer satisfaction, which can lead to increased revenues.
- Filling in staffing voids, as directed by customer flow, and assisting in oil change process.
- Presenting all promotional materials to customers and completing services sold.
- Performing preventive maintenance fluid services on vehicles.
