Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle sales process
• Assist customers in finding the right new or used vehicle based on their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits during test drives and presentations
• Build strong customer relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up
• Assist customers with sales applications and financing documentation
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, vehicle features, and automotive market trends
• Inspect dealership inventory daily and report any issues to management
• Help ensure the dealership lot and showroom are properly merchandised to maximize sales opportunities
• Support dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
• High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to overcome objections and build customer trust
• Strong phone, in-person, and relationship-building skills
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to learn CRM software, dealership systems, and sales tools
• Competitive mindset with strong work ethic and follow-through
• Customer-first attitude focused on delivering an excellent dealership experience
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record required
