Automotive Sales Specialist

Are you a natural communicator who loves creating content and building a personal brand? 

At Premier Nissan we are flipping the script on traditional car sales. We don’t just wait for customers to walk through the door—we actively go get them where they live: on social media. We are looking for tech-savvy, high-energy Sales Associates who understand that a smartphone is the most powerful tool on the showroom floor.

What You’ll Do:

• Build trust instantly by creating high-quality, personalized walk-around videos for internet leads.

• Actively market our inventory by creating and managing listings on Facebook Marketplace and local digital forums.

• Grow your personal brand and dealership engagement through creative social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook).

• Handle the traditional sales cycle: from initial digital contact to the test drive, negotiation, and delivery.

• Utilize AI and CRM tools to increase efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• You are comfortable, professional, and engaging on video.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketplaces (FB Marketplace, IG, etc.).

• Strong self-motivation—you treat your position like your own business within our dealership.

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but a background in retail, hospitality, or digital marketing with a drive to sell is highly valued.

Compensation: Hourly Plus Commission.  Unlimited potential with typical earnings from $34,080.00 to 100,000+ (with base pay, commissions, and bonuses) annually with all things being equal.
