What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus

• Strong communication and people skills

• Goal-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and solid work ethic

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online with enthusiasm and professionalism

• Understand each customer’s needs to help them find their perfect Kia vehicle

• Lead engaging test drives and demonstrate Kia’s latest technology and features

• Guide customers through every step of the buying process — from first contact to vehicle delivery

• Follow up with customers and leads to build lasting relationships

• Work collaboratively with a positive, high-energy sales team
